Suzanne joined the Group seven years ago as part of a then large contingent of Boeing wives who had an on-going interest in things horsy & wanted to do something for the benefit of the local community. Gradually, as those wives either returned to the States with their husbands at the end of their contracts, or took up other interests, only Suzanne remained. The Group (Riders, Helpers & the Committee) will be very sorry to lose her as she has been the best of friends. She has enlivened the Tuesday Rides with her good humour, and encouraged many of our Riders to persevere in their personal goals. She has been our voice at Boeing (Warton), leading fundraising bids and enlisting her fellow workers in raising funds for our Group. Our annual holidays to Clwyd with no longer be the same without her smiling presence—even if she did sneeze a lot! (Don't forget to pack the hay fever tablets.) Goodbye Suzanne & Thank you. You will be missed more than you know.

Next Training Evening: (tbc) Let the Committee know if there is anything specific you would like to cover. Helpers & Leaders are expected to attend at least one Training event each year in order to comply with National Health & Safety Standards.
