**URGENT REMINDER**

If you have not yet returned your Application forms to Ian, please do so immediately.

As these are required in order for the Group to comply with National Guidelines, failure to return them may result in suspension from riding for both H&S and legal reasons.

Let the Committee know if there is anything specific you would like to cover.

Helpers & Leaders are expected to attend at least one Training event each year in order to comply with National Health & Safety Standards.

Any cancellation of Rides should be notified to Ian (01253 761144), before 4:00pm if possible. Or to the Centre, Wrea Green (01772 686576), after 4:00pm.

Failure to do so may mean a fee being charged for the inconvenience caused to the Riding Centre.

Clwyd Riding Holidays—2004

The Committee requests that anyone interested in attending either of next years' holidays, submit their names to Ian / Beryl as soon as possible. This is due to the increased popularity of our annual holidays, and in order that we can assess each case on individual merit, both the Health & Safety aspects and the benefits to the individual.
