Reporting of Accidents
Under the terms of the RDA Insurance cover, it is Member Groups’ responsibility to notify RDA HQ of any accidents where medical assistance is required, especially admittance to hospital. The RDA Insurers need to know about the accident AT THE TIME in order that details of the accident can be investigated, if necessary. prior to any claim being made. Failure to report accidents COULD lead to the insurers not providing cover and the Member Group might be left to fight the case itself. Members/Helpers: Please remember that the Group MUST notify RDA Headquarters whenever medical attention is required as a result of an accident. We rely on you to help keep us informed. |
